About nominating
We’re delighted that you’re thinking about nominating a group for a Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service! It’s a great way to get outstanding local volunteers the recognition they deserve.
To nominate, you will need to:
| Step 1: | Use our Eligibility criteria checklist to make sure the group is eligible for an award and you are eligible to nominate. |
| Step 2: | Set up a QAVS nominator account – it only takes a minute. |
| Step 3: | Confirm eligibility by filling in a short questionnaire. |
| Step 4: | Get two separate letters of support from two additional people. |
| Step 5: | Complete the online nomination form. |
Nominations for the 2022 awards will be accepted from 1st April until 15th September 2021.
