About nominating
We’re delighted that you’re thinking about nominating a group for a King’s Award for Voluntary Service! It’s a great way to recognise an outstanding local volunteer group.
To nominate, you will need to:
| Step 1: | Use our eligibility criteria to make sure the group is eligible for an award and you are eligible to nominate. |
| Step 2: | Set up a KAVS nominator account – it only takes a minute. |
| Step 3: | Get two separate letters of support from two additional people. |
| Step 4: | Complete the online nomination form. This will include group contact information, a summary of what the group does, who its beneficiaries are, the benefits of its work and what makes the volunteers impressive. |
